本阀为三维偏心金属密封结构，密封型式为金属对金属密封，可调换金属密封圈对金属密封、不锈钢板与石墨复合板密封圈对金属密封。所以在高温高压工况下，仍具有稳定的密封性能。本阀的特殊密封系统可保证从超低温至超高温各温度范围具有较高的密封性能。三维偏心密封系统加之优化的设计，使阀门开启阻力小。蝶板密封面为一向上凸起的锥形，开启时蝶板圆周面上的各点同时完成脱离密封圈，固体物不易在密封面上堆积。阀门关闭过程通过密封圈的弹性受压来完成，蝶板与密封圈之间不存在在相卡现象。阀门轴径密封采用石墨压制成形密封圈。综上所述确保了零泄露，金属密封加上在火灾前、中、后均为零泄露，故是本质火灾安全型。
阀门的驱动形式有手动、蜗轮蜗杆传动、气动、电动；
本产品适用于食品、饮料、医药、石化、电厂、钢厂、工业环保水处理等。
Metal hard - seal butterfly valve:
This valve employs three-dimensional eccentric metallic sealing structure, which sealing types are metal to metal, replaceable metal sealing ring to metal, as well as stainless steel sheet and graphite composite plate sealing ring to metal. That's why even under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, it can still maintain stable sealing performance . The special sealing system of this valve well ensures the high sealing performance from ultra low temperature to ultra high temperature. The three-dimensional eccentric sealing system, with its optimized design, facilitates the small starting resistance of disc will break away from sealing ring synchronously, so as to avoid solid substances being deposited on sealing surface. The close of valve is actualized by sealing surface being elastically pressed ,with no jam between disc and sealing ring .The sealing performance of valve is not influenced uses pressed graphite sealing ring .All these contribute to zero after fire, it is a fire safeguard type.
Driving types of valve including hand-operated, worm gear and worm driven ,pneumatic and electric.
